Dynamic Labs has the systems to duplicate all these environments and more. We can qualify your part to published specifications, to your own custom specifications, or our engineering group can also derive specifications for your specialized need.

In addition to Qualification Testing, Acceptance and Fatigue testing are also performed at Dynamic Labs. Lot acceptance testing and long-term vibration testing of your product can expose potential failure modes prior to market introduction.

The types of vibration performed at Dynamic Labs includes:

Sine Search: Sweeps across the frequency spectra of interest can be performed at predetermined rates. A sine search is often performed in order to determine resonant frequencies of the part.

Random: Random vibration testing duplicates complex frequency environments and exposes the unit under test to all frequencies across a specified bandwidth at one time. Random vibration testing is often utilized to test aerospace, automobile and other parts.

Sine Dwell: DVibration sine dwells can often duplicate a worse case situation for a component or system by dwelling on a specific frequency of interest. Sine dwells are often utilized to promote structural failure and tracking of resonant frequency(s).

Sine on Random: Vibration sine on random testing is performed by superimposing a sine wave on top of a random environment. For example, a sine on random vibration test is utilized to duplicate the combined environment of a spinning of a helicopter blade and random engine / aerodynamic induced vibration.

Gunfire: Gunfire vibration is performed in order to duplicate the effects of gunfire vibration used on military aircraft and other systems.

Captured On-Site Time Histories: Dynamic Labs can capture a time history of a vibration event at your facility and duplicate it through our vibration systems at our lab facilities. This allows for repeated or looped vibration events to occur in a laboratory setting.

Temperature over Vibration: Temperature over vibration is performed in order to test a component or system to specified vibration levels while undergoing temperature cycling.
