medically controlled diseases (such as heart conditions, diabetes,
orthopedic issues) who have been cleared by their doctor to exercise.
She has a special interest in training cancer survivors and is
currently working on an advanced credential through A.C.S.M. to become
a certified “Cancer Exercise Specialist.”
offers several types of training services based on the
client’s needs and interests. All training programs
with a fitness assessment and medical history. Her
“coaching” service involves 2-3 initial
instruction in strength and flexibility exercises, and then development
of a custom fitness program that the client can perform on their own,
with check in appointments as needed. Bev also offers
“personal training” sessions on a weekly basis that
one to three times per week.
Bev’s personal athletic interests include competing in
and snow skiing. She particularly loves road biking and
in the ocean. Bev has completed three Ironman triathlons (a
